Why did you join EA? I joined EA because I believe in its mission. Changing the conversation about engineering can have an immense impact on youth who wouldn't typically see themselves in the field.

What’s your favorite part of being an engineering student? My favorite part of being an engineering student is having the ability and opportunities to utilize and develop my technical skills in innovative ways not only for personal interests (such as projects), but also for advancements that benefit society through research.

What made you come to the University of Illinois? Illinois is unique in that it has an extraordinary ECE program and is home to the Nation's Premier College Marching Band. The prevalence and excellent reputations of my two passions at U if U made the decision easy.

What has been your best experience at Illinois? My best experience has been being a part of the Marching Illini! Joining marching band has easily the best decision of my college career.

What advice would you give to someone interested in pursuing a STEM degree? Don't be deterred from exploring certain areas or fields because you didn't enjoy them in high school or in some previous experience- I hated chemistry and E&M in high school, but ended up absolutely loving them in college!

What do you plan on doing after graduation? I plan on traveling to Italy, working in the medical imaging industry, and getting a Master's degree, not all at once of course!
